• Application is not transferable.

• Interested agencies have to complete the Application form for Franchisee center issued along with this document.

• Incomplete applications may be rejected

• Filled in Application has to be submitted in Duplicate One Original and another copy along with all enclosures

• Completed Application form should reach Divisional Head, National Techno Institution, 114/2B Hazra Road, Kolkata - 700026 as per the date notified in the Tender

• If possible enclose location map of Training Centre with prominent land marks and
Photographs.
